Since then, it's taken on a legendary status as the go-to watering hole for both locals and visitors ready for a drink and a laugh after a long day of sightseeing.

Rome is home to one of the world's fourteen Trappist monasteries that brew craft beer, and we are one of only a handful of bars in the city to serve Tre Fontane on draft.

Upon discovery of an ancient beer recipe, the monks of Tre Fontane released a eucalyptus-infused tripel in 2015, which quickly became recognized as one of the most distinctive recipes in the brewing world.
